Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 20000 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved banking channels.
Important payment terms:
- Deposits are only accepted from the account holder's own payment method; third-party payments are not permitted.
- Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in a delay in processing your withdrawal.
- 20000 reserves the right to freeze or void balances in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and the minimum withdrawal amount is set as per the guidelines.
- Payments are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, though some transactions may take longer.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

- Operating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent betting activity.
- Abusing bonuses or exploiting any system vulnerabilities.
- As directed by legal authorities.
Any refund of a valid balance following account closure will be decided subject to investigation. If fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.
